Anthony S. Kendall Anthony S. Kendall is the vice chairman of client services and New York office managing partner of Mitchell & Titus, a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited. Beginning January 1, 2009, Tony will serve as the firm's chief executive officer. He also currently serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He is a certified public accountant in New York and in other states. He is also a certified fraud examiner.
Tony has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, including seven years with a former “Big Five” CPA firm in New York. He has performed due diligence and agreed-upon procedures, and has provided business advice to private, not-for-profit, and government sector clients. Tony has significant expertise in regulatory filings, employee benefit plan audits, operational reviews, and religious organization audits. His clients have included Fortune 1000 companies, major telecommunications corporations, state and local departments, multimedia companies, emerging market entities, advocacy groups, private foundations, federal commissions, and large religious organizations.
Tony has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Tony serves on the board of directors for Project Renewal, the Queens Cadet Corporation, NYSSCPA’s Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession (COAP) Program, and Binghamton University's Alumni Association.
