Merger of Chicago Firm Hill Taylor LLC

Mitchell & Titus has entered into the Chicago market. Effective February 1, 2009, Hill Taylor LLC, one of the oldest and most respected minority accounting firms in Chicago, merged its practice into Mitchell & Titus.
