H. O'Neil Williams

H. O’Neil Williams is the managing partner of the New Jersey office of Mitchell & Titus, a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited. Neil has over 30 years of diversified experience in providing audit and advisory business services to schools, government entities, healthcare and public benefit organizations. Neil is a certified public accountant in New Jersey.

Neil’s vast years of experience include serving as co-founder and managing partner of Frye, Williams & Co. Neil joined Mitchell & Titus after it acquired Frye Williams in May 2005. Neil also has worked for a “Big Four" CPA firm and was an assistant treasurer of a Fortune 500 company.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Association of Government Accountants, the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), and the CPA societies of New Jersey and New York. Previously, he served as chairman of NABA’s Division of Firms, and as a member of the board of directors for City National Bank of New Jersey and East Orange General Hospital of New Jersey. Neil’s activities in community service include being appointed by the governor of New Jersey to the Teacher Annuity Pension Fund Board of Trustees and serving on the board of directors of Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey.
